Welcoming the Next Generation

Queensway Navigation Co. Ltd. had the pleasure of hosting a group of students and young professionals at its offices in Athens, as part of the Open Day initiative organized by the Young Executives Shipping (YES) Forum.

The visit provided participants with the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the operations of a modern shipping company, interact with our teams, and better understand the roles and responsibilities across key departments.

Through a series of presentations and discussions, attendees were introduced to the day-to-day functions of both sea and shore operations, highlighting the collaborative nature of the industry and the importance of the Human Element in ensuring safe and efficient ship management.
